CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
Cancellation requests for any event, session or workshop must be made via email to admin@revivalremedy.com a minimum of 7 days before the event.
If we are not notified within the specified period, the buyer will only be eligible for a credit of the same value.
Due to the nature of our work, please carefully consider any purchases made on behalf of another person.
If you would like to reschedule your 1:1 appointment, 48 hours' notice is required. You can email admin@revivalremedy.com to reschedule.
Failure to provide 48 hours' notice for rescheduling will result in a fee equal to the full cost of your appointment.
LATENESS POLICY
Lateness of more than 15 minutes after your appointment time will result in cancellation of the appointment and full payment for the session, unless otherwise agreed upon.
NO SHOW
In the event of failing to attend your event, workshop or session appointment, you will be charged for the full session cost.
